Laurent Delaunay, fifth generation Burgundy winemaker and negociant, fell in love with (and bought) Australian Nerida Abbott’s eponymous Marseillette winery in 1996. Since then, Abbotts & Delaunay has become a reference point in the Languedoc for varietal wines of the highest calibre.
An Hérault, Gard and Aude based blend, early morning harvest. Zappy, fresh & delectable.
A blend of four terroirs; Cévenes, Aude, Limoux and Hérault. A variety of oak and steel regimes, scrupulously blended to produce a Chardonnay that balances freshness with buttery complexity.
Predmoinantly Nîmes and Béziers fruit. Part oak, part steel aged. Surprising 'garrigue' notes underpinning the classic blue fruit Merlot notes.
Textbook varietal definition with black fruits framed by spice, bay and laurel.
