We are delighted to be working with Citizen Wines. Set up by a close-knit group of industry experts they hope to breathe some much-needed life into an all-too-often rigid and stuffy wine sector, by bringing innovative new approach to wine making and marketing.

  • Cluster Flock

    Verdejo, Sauvignon Blanc & Chardonnay blend. Harvested in the cool of the Rueda night for protection, the grapes are swiftly crushed, chilled and pressed to produce pristine juice with intense varietal character. Gently fermented to preserve aromatics, the wine goes through light ageing on the lees to freshen and clarify into a bright and crystalline beauty.

  • Moda Foca

    100% Monastrell. 30+ year old monastrell vines are grown in the chalky soils of Valencia, at 600m above sea-level. The grapes are hand harvest followed by strict manual table selection. Soft maceration with 25% whole bunch. The fermentation is temperature controlled for 10 days at 12-14ºC, has 1 month in second use French oak, then filtered, clarified, and bottled.

  • High Tech

    100% Verdejo. Produced in Valencia, 20-year-old verdejo vines are grown at 600m above sea level. Hand harvested at night to protect the grapes, then follows a strict manual table selection. Grapes are cold soaked for 12 hours. Fermentation is temperature controlled for 12 days at 10-12ºC, then pressed and racked then aged for 1 month on fine lees. At the final stages, the wine is, filtered, clarified and bottled.

  • Miss Chief

    100% Tempranillo. Hand harvested from 30+ year old vines . Grapes are gently pressed to obtain a light colour and slowly femented at 15°C and bottled soon after fermentation. A floral and fruity Tempranillo.
