The extraordinary breadth of the Fourth Wave range today is testament to the fact that they’ve been able to create impactful brands that stand the test of time

  • 'Speak No Evil' Shiraz

Hand-picked, mature, dry-grown McLaren fruit. Matured in French oak, 30% new. Dark plum and spice aromatics, complimented by plush cherry and raspberry fruit. The oak is subtle and plays a supportive role with hints of chocolate and spice. Organic & vegan-friendly.

  • 'Hear No Evil' Sauvignon Blanc

Hand-picked Adelaide Plains fruit, a fast & cool ferment, extended maturation on lees and a touch of Viognier for extra complexity. Aromas of passion fruit and honey dew melon. The palate is lifted with white stone fruits and a crisp acidity. Organic & vegan friendly as standard.

  • Take It To the Grave Pinot Noir

A wine solely motivated by the desire to show that it’s not impossible to produce high quality, varietally expressive but affordable Pinot Noir. 100% Adelaide Hills, mostly matured in steel but with a small component aged in 1st and 2nd year French oak. Decadent, lush, structured and long.

  • Take It To The Grave Pinot Grigio

Single vineyard Pinot Gris from a high altitude King Valley site in the Northerly Victorian mountains. Stainless steel ferment, 6 months on lees. Herbs, pears, a touch of spice and a mouth-filling palate which is then rounded out by spending at least six months on the lees with regular bâtonnage to add texture.
