HANDS OFF is a brand of canned wines presenting Low Intervention wines sourced from the great viticultural regions of Europe. A unique collaboration of three founding partners and three local partners from diverse backgrounds who share an intense passion for great wine and great art.

  • White

    On the palate, the wine is suave and sophisticated and finishes with a bright clean acidity. Ideal as an aperitif or perfect for seafood, roasted white meats, fish and semi hard cheeses.

  • Rosé

    On the palate the wine is silky, fruity, with a surprisingly long lingering finish. This wine is equally welcomed at the dinner table, the pícnic table or wherever good friends congregate. It is the natural accompaniment to Mediterranean cuisine.

  • Red

    Aromas of sun-drenched cherries, raspberries, fragrant blooms, licorice and exotic spices fill the glass. Perfectly balanced acidity and tannins create a sauve and sophisticated mouth feel. Enjoy year round from a summer BBQ to a hearty winter stew or just with some hard cheeses, crusty bread and great friends.

  • Garnatxa

    Intense cherry hue with ruby tints. Aromas of ripe red fruit and lactic notes against a mineral backdrop. Fresh and broadon the palate, pairs well with hors-d'oeuvres, hearty legumes, pasta a la napolitana, white meats including pork.

  • Orange

    Pale yellow hue with orange tones. Very intense aromas of orange peel, grapefruit and a herbaceous hint. Fresh, powerful, volume, structure, complexity. Good balance between alcohol and acidity. Serve with meat stew, seafood, foie-gras, rich pad thai, blue cheeses

  • Sparkler

    Clean, bright, pale straw colour with golden reflections. primary aromas of fresh Moscatel grapes, evoking white flowers such as orange blossom and jasmine. Soft, fresh and fruity bubbles with a nice balanced acidity, full-bodied but light and with a long and persistent finish. Pairs well with Seafood, rice and pasta dishes.

  • Perlwein

    Yellow and green with delicate bubbles. Fine small bubbles feel like pearls on the tongue, very intense aromas of apples, grapefruit and lime. On the palette, fresh, invigorating peach notes, some nectarine and ripe apples. Elegant terroir of strong limestone soils. Harmonious Sweet-acid balance. pairs well with seafood, starters, canapeés, triple créme cheeses.

  • Riesling

    Pale yellow and shining green. Floral aromas of green apple, peach and apricot as well as flint aromas from the spontaneous fermentation. on the palette: Ripe aromas of nectarine, citrus and apricot, dancing Riesling acidity, nice Balance between fruit and acidity with long lingering finish. Pairs well with Seafood, salads, and classic Schnitzel.

  • Pinot Noir

    Velvety, soft ruby red in the glass. juicy cherry aromas and concentrated dark fruit. On the palette, fruit, ripe tannins and a long, fine finish are the strengths of this wonderful grape variety pairs well with Chicken, lamb, Indian curry, pizza & pasta.
