Located in the south of the great Burgundy wine region, equidistant between Lyon and Mâcon, Domaine du MontVerrier has an ancient history ; it bears witness to the close links forged over the centuries between two prestigious appellations : Burgundy and Beaujolais. The history of the estate is closely associated with that of the Hospices de Villefranche and the nuns from the Sainte Marthe de Beaune “Hospitalier” order.
