TOKEN
Token was created by two UK-based Ukranians; Dmytro Goncharuk, a sommelier, and his partner Alyona Mykhailova, a hospitality specialist. The project celebrates their wine travels and this, the first edition, is based in Friuli.

Token Franconia
The nose shows aromas of summer berries, cherry, black pepper, and a hint of violet. This is medium light-bodied on the palate with light tannins and refreshing acidity.

Token Ribola
The nose is full of lemon, spices and green apple. The palate is quite full with a crisp, spicy finish and soft texture due to short skin maceration.
