100% Odessky Cherny (Odessa Black). Odessa Black was born in 1965 on the shores of lake Yalpug. It’s a cross between Cabernet Sauvignon and Alicante Busche, therefore it has bright rich color with a violet tone. The aromas include intense notes of sweet cherry, plum, jam, fresh grass, and pepper. The palate is complex, and velvety, with silky, creamy tones and prunes appearing in the aftertaste.
